Well today we finally got some heat and sunny spells between the cloud. The rain has stopped and it has started to dry up again. I had a massive headwind nearly all the way out towards Tow Law but had my head down and arse up when I finally got the tailwind. The roads were lovely quiet and the hills seem to be getting steeper! It has been a while since I have done the country lanes / roads around my old stomping ground. Nice it out again flogging away up the climbs! All in just over 24 miles with 2300ft of climbing.
