I have used this bar tape on many of the cx / gravel / road bikes over the years. The spec never changes but it is not that easy to find now a days. It came fitted to my Cannondale Synapse Neo 1 E bike and is lovely under the palm. It has plenty of cushion but not too much that you cannot feel the bar under you if you know what I mean. The black version lasts for years and has never torn. It does not tear easily and still performs well in the wet. The rrp is ok at £15 as some tapes now can exceed double that. I have just fitted this new role to my Spec Hover carbon riser bars. After a few rides the comfort is unreal compared to the standard Spec cushion tape that came with the bike. It is easy to fit, there is no backing strip to remove for the adhesive strip when fitting, it does stretch so can pull it tighter on the sharper bends on the bars. All it is a plain boring looking but very comfortable bar tape to use.
RRP £15 and I paid a few quid as I used up a gift voucher at Westbrook Cycles.
