Fresh Goods Sunday - Stanley 0-89-870 FatMax Long Nose Pliers 200mm (8in) STA089870

I have been on the look out for a replacement pair of long thin needle nosed pliers for a while. I was looking at the Bacho range but they are expensive but will probably last a life time. On the other hand I don't use these type of pliers a lot so found these at the Black & Decker Factory shop at Spennymoor. At the time I did not know they come with a limited life time warranty! They feel comfortable in the hand, the pivot is nice and smooth, not too tight or loose. The quality looks spot on for the money. I will not be using the cutting section of the plier, just the long thin nose section for reaching in hard to get places. My cheapo old pair have had some hammer over the years and are now to be retired off! Stanley also manufacture them in a 160mm 6" version if you want a smaller more compact set of pliers.
The factory shop had a good selection of pliers / cutters but they were not all £8 a pair. See part 2 for the bent version of the same plier.

RRP anywhere between around £14-£23 and I paid £8
