I was after a new running top a while ago and this one popped up on Wiggle and looked ok value for money. I have worn it on and off since buying it for running and just normal use when it is really hot outside. Its lightweight and high wicking. There is nothing fancy about the top, just does what it is supposed to do. For £18 it is excellent value for money and has a good feel compared to some of the cheaper running tops like More Mile etc. On this note Angus has just done a running challenge - run 4 miles ever 4 hours for 48 hours and he has smashed it. Also as I am typing this Jane has gone out for a run as well, they are shaming me into getting back again for some more 5k's. Might get one in up and down the lines, flat route this week, see how it goes.
