Woke up this morning to a hard frost, minus -4 degrees so we decided to have a drive over to Roker, Sunderland. We parked up on the hill next to the Marina and had a walk around the marina, got a cuppa at the cafe on the end then walked along the seafront, onto the beach and around to the top end of Seaburn past Morrisons. We turned there and headed back along the path next to the road. Arran had an early night so managed to drag his bones out of bed for some fresh air as well. Angus was working as ever. The sun was blazing away and it felt warm on the way out with a tailwind but we had a cold headwind back in. Not sure on the mileage but we were out a good few enjoyable hours.
Below are a couple of snaps, enjoy and hopefully more soon.
We also got a delivery of some fresh goodies from Findra - they had the 3 for 2 offer back on again and the hat was in the sale and there was was also free p&p. Jane wanted to try a pair of their socks out and I bought yet another pair of socks and a new hat. More on these in Fresh Goods Sunday after some use.
Looking at the forecast from today looks like we are not going to get any weather for 13 days!
