Fresh Goods Sunday - Pace Cycles Engineer Mug

Well if you are an oldie’ish like me you will recognise this logo from many moons ago when Pace were knocking out square tubed frames and suspension forks. Well come to think of it rigid RC31 forks, chainrings etc as well. I must confess I owned their suspension and rigid forks, many chainrings fitted to middleburn crank arms but I have never owned a frame. Pace Cycles are still going today with Adrian still running the business down in Dalton Le Dale, Yorkshire. They have a shop on the corner of the high street where you can pop in and have a browse and chat. The mechanic lad was very friendly and spent 10 minutes or so talking everything cycling etc.
Any way back to the mug, apart from the printed logo what can I say, its a standard size, plain white mug. The handle is big enough to get my sausage gingers through. Comes in a cardboard box with a Pace logo sticker on. There are a few different designs of the mug, have a look on Pace Cycles website as there are other goodies such as T shirts etc as well as frames, complete bikes, suspension forks parts. / spares etc.  A tenner is not too bad considering but if you are not picking it up from the shop the p&p is expensive @ £15.

RRP £10.00 and I paid £10.00 from Pace Cycles
