Northumberlandia inc Food & Craft Market

Its the first time we have visited Northumberlandia, I think we have drove past it once, possibly. It is easy to find, straight up the A1 through all the roadworks and the 50mph zone for around 10 miles then a couple of miles from the services junction and you are there. We decided to go to day as there was the food and craft market on. It was all quiet probably due to the rather crap weather but it was still warm. We had a cuppa from the cafe and was a rip off. I had a hot chocolate and cup was just over 1/2 full and luke warm at the best. The young lass topped it up with some boiling water but tasted like dish water. Anyway the fair was ok then we had a walked around Northumberlandia. To be honest you cannot really see much from ground level apart from heaps of soil and loads of winding paths everywhere, even at the top the view is not that much better. It best to look at it on Google maps or similar.

Angus was working so just me, Jane & Arran. Its the first day off at the weekend Arran has had in over a month. On the way back we called in past Alison Court, outside the Metro Centre. Pure Electric has closed down, no surprise there. Alpkit is still open but not a sole in. We also went to Evans Cycles, that has gone right down hill since Mike Ashley took over, they are now selling Sports Direct Muddy Fox items! Anyway I picked up a new pair of Shimano Dura Ace R9100 spd pedals for £115.
