Bank Holiday Road ride - Burnhope & Pontop Pike (Against British Cycling's Advice!)

Firstly, British Cycling you can do one for telling people they cannot ride their bikes today. They tried to half back pedal on their press release earlier in the week, but the damage had been done. No doubt I will have broken another by law, how gives a shit. The organisation is a complete joke from start to finish, they live in the past and are a bunch of greedy gits.
Anyway, on to today's ride I was up and out early and back before the funeral started. It was one of my local road loops taking in a few hills / climbs to Burnhope & Pontop Pike. It was cloudy / overcast and cold yet again. After descending from Waldridge Fell the sun came out of nowhere and had the last few miles in sunshine and some heat. There was still quite a bit of traffic on the roads, I thought it would have been quieter. Below are a few snaps from the behind the bars as I did not want to stop too many times. All in just under 35 miles in 2hrs 17 mins with 2300ft of climbing. Enjoy and hopefully more soon -
