Lovely sunny walk along the coast at Seaham with massive waves

 

We nipped over to the coast and had a walk up and down the beach (where we could) at Seaham. It was nearly high tide and the waves were massive. The bottom carpark and pier was closed at the marina. Some of the waves were higher than the lighthouse! We had a cuppa at the cafe at the marina after the walk before heading over to the town for some shopping. Jane called in past Dalton Park on the way back for yet another coat! Below are few snaps from the walk and a short video clip at the bottom of the waves / noise of the stones moving on the beach.
