First up is a new saddle for my Creo 1 gravel bike. I did have the Romin mirror saddle fitted but moved it over onto my Creo 2 gravel so I fitted one of my older Sella Italia SLR saddles but it does not offer the same level of comfort over longer rides. I have been meaning to buy another Romin Mirror saddle for a while but never got around to it thinking I would get away with using my SLR.
Well I splashed the bucks yesterday and bought the 143mm Ti rail version so I don't have to buy another oval rail clamp kit for my seat post. I got it from Tom at Infinity Cycles who price matched Certini as they have 20% off mirror saddles. I paid £219.00, RRP £275.00
I also ordered some new winter item as they were in the sale on Infinity's website - Assos Ultraz Winter Socks Evo Black Series - my winter socks I wore last winter were not up to my normal winter socks so splashed out on these to keep my feet more comfortable over the colder months. I paid £14.00. RRP £21.00. Discount 33%
And on the same theme I also ordered a new winter cap to keep my nogging warm next winter. I paid £29.00. RRP £40.00. Discount 28%
