Fresh Goods Sunday - Findra Skye Herringbone & Skye Block Merino Socks

 

I bought my first pair of Findra socks back last March 2022 for cycling in. They are lovely and comfortable and not too hot in summer and ok for not too cold temperatures in the spring and autumn time. The first pair I bought was the Sky block model in orange and they wash / dry really well. They did not shrink and they have no holes in them so far. My next order was when a 3 for 2 deal was on so I ordered one pair of Herringbone and two pairs of Block socks but in a different colours. They both have the same rrp price and come in the same colour schemes. The herringbone style does not feel as comfortable as the block and after six months normal use and washing they have are looking tatty now and shrunk by approx 20mm in length. When I put in my next order I will stick with the blocks style as I don't like the Strip version of the same sock. They come in 4 different size bands ranging from 3 up to 13. My feet are around 8 to 8.5 in size and ones I bought were 6 - 8.5 size and are just big enough. The rrp is on the high side but keep your eye out for special offers now and then.
