My oldest sons utility room is finished and fully functioning as a utility should. Out of all the works we have done in the house I feel that this has been the hardest to achieve and the grandest transformation. Don't get me wrong the kitchen / new dining room was a big job and made a huge difference to the house and the complete new bathroom but the utility just took up some many man hours. We did all the works ourselves apart from the plaster skimming and a hand to connect the rads flow and return.
