Well I have been feeling better over the last couple of weeks so me and Arran made a start on Angus's utility room.
We fully refurbished his house last year but left the utility. It took a day to strip it all out and go over to the tip with a van full.
Then we made a start on the lst fix, stud wall up, false ceiling in. Insulation in the wall and ceiling as well.
Then Angus did the 1st fix electrics before we did the boarding / dry lining. I also put a new door and lining in.
The new radiator is on now and the plasterer is due to land next Saturday. Hopefully a few days to dry out then get a start on 2nd fixing and decoration.
