Twenty four hours later the temperature was the same, 10 degrees but today the sun was blazing away and what a difference it made. I did exactly the same route as last Tuesday but in the opposite direction. Looking at the stats on Garmin Connect I was five minutes quicker today and I did it in the opposite direction.
Again it was lovely and quiet with very few others oot n aboot, all the better for me! The trails / tracks are still damp and muddy in places. Today is the best forecast for the week and heavey showers Wednesday / Thursday and solid rain due all day Friday, Saturday & Sunday, great but a typical British summer lol.
