The team behind proto-indie The Ride Journal are back with another cycling-orientated magazine, although it could hardly be more different to that earlier magazine.

Superstore Wilderness is a tabloid-sized photography-orientated magazine built on the experience of searching out new cycling routes on the outskirts of London. As Andrew Diprose explains, ‘My brother and I became fascinated about those in-between spaces while scouting and riding them for our annual gravel bike event North London Dirt.’

The result is a unique publication that brings together the worlds of art and adventure sport. New writing, photography and graphic design record how cyclists and walkers interact with these unplanned, liminal spaces. Contributors include Anthony Burrill, Jake Curtis, Jody Hudson-Powell, Spencer Lowell, Damon Murray, Philp Sinden and Graham Wood.

On our podcast:
Andrew Diprose discusses Superstore Wilderness with Jeremy Leslie.

All proceeds from sales will go to support charities and good causes helping people in the areas featured in the magazine.

Yes my copy has landed and its massive! Not in thickness but the actual paper size. There is one thing for sure you will either get sore arms reading it or best read at a table! I have not had time to get a start on it but had a very quick thumb through and there are plenty of descent length articles / features for the money. I ordered my from NewStand £10 and 65p p&p which took about 3 days.
Part 2 I will go back in time and cover the first Issues of The Ride Journal and Singletrack Magazine etc
