Well its been a week since I have managed to get out on the bike due to the awful weather and election duties. My back has also gone off and the pain has gone up into my neck so very uncomfortable to say the least but todays ride seemed to ease the pain so enjoyed the sunshine and took it very steady. It was a short loop down to Durham, around Durham, over to Maiden Castle / The Trod then back around Durham, Frankland and home. All in 13.5miles in 1hr 10 mins with just under 700ft of climbing.
