A cold and cloudy spin up the line to Hownsgill viaduct and back on the e bikes

What a difference a day makes. We were sitting in Bishop Auckland market place yesterday and the Garmin was reading 23.7 degrees and today the Garmin dipped to 3.5 degrees at Howsgill viaduct, over 20 degree's colder! totally unreal. Today as you can see by the photos it was overcast and cloudy but the lines were still mainly dry as we did not have that much overnight rain. Once again there was not many people out and about apart from a few dog walkers are Langley Park and Lanchester areas. It was a straight forward out and back ride along the old railway lines to Hownsgill viaduct n back. What we did not release was we had a tail wind up as we had a headwind all the way back down. The café was closed at Hownsgill and at Lanchester. The queue was massive to get in at Knitsley so no cuppa's today. enjoy a few cold looking snaps below and hopefully more soon -
