I have been after some replacement bar tape for my Mason for a while now. The existing bar tape is spot on colour to match the Mason stickers but is poor quality and tears easily. It is very hard to find bronze coloured tape to match so I found this Velox tape which is a light / bright honey mustard / brown colour. It is much better quality than the existing tape from eBay as well. It is by no means the best quality / comfortable or grippy bar tape on the market but it does me. I bought it a while ago but hate fitting bar tape so had put the job off for a while. The existing tape was getting worse and had a hour or so spare one day so stripped off the old tape, no problems as it had no sticky tape on. Fitted the new tape, re fitted the bar end plugs and the Mason is ready to rock n roll again. Its is comfortable enough but have not really tested it over really bumpy trails or long distances. It is easy to wash and keep clean.
