Summer Solstice 2022 - Very early morning local gravel ride

Yes today is the longest day of 2022, which means its all going downhill again from today! I was up and out very early, even the birds were not awake! The sun was shining but it was not that warm, the Garmin was hovering around 8 to 9 degrees. An hour or so later it finally got into double figures. By the time I was finished it was topping 19 degrees. The lines and inter linking road sections were all lovely and quiet. We have still not had any rain so the lines are bone dry, dusty and easy going. Todays loop was similar to one to which I rode last week but with a couple of tweaks just to mix it up a little. All in 38.5 miles with 2100ft of climbing. The wind was starting to pick up when nearing the finish which made it feel slightly cooler. Below are a few sunny snaps from the ride, enjoy and hopefully more soon-
