Just what a horrible week of weather we have had in the ne. By all accounts its been 21 degrees in the lakes and 25 degrees down south, today it was just over 10 degrees on my garmin maxing at a whopping 11. Yet again very heavy drizzle for most of the ride and no views from the tops due to the cloud/mist. Weekend is looking very similar but with heavier rain! oh the joys. Angus has winterised his Dale Caad10 road bike - fitted Conti 4 season tyres and Crud Racer MkII mudguards, i have sorted out all the lights, cleaned and charged them all up ready for some riding in the darkness.  |
