After yesterdays cold, overcast, wet & rushed ride this moring was warmish, sunny, dry & not so rushed. I took the Krampgrease out again and planned a longer route as i had a few more hours spare. Had a lie in then got out for 8am with the sun shinning but a chill in the air. Again it was 9 degrees but by the time i got back in it was 15 degrees and still sunny. The route was a steady away one taking in plenty of singletrack through various woods, farm tracks, back lanes and the old lines - 41miles in total in just under 3 1/2hrs. No major problems with the bike but i am going to change the grips to my usually Kcnc as my palms are sore, also got a rear flat going into Brandon, could only find a thorn in the tyre but went down far too quick for that. Probably glass - another job for laters. Below are a few photos from the ride, enjoy & more soon.
