12 hrs ago it was 22 degress and blazing sun, todays early morning ride was 9 degrees and raining! With heavy overnight rain it was time to dig out the mudguards as i did want not want to get plastered in muddy and water. What a difference in the trails, there must have been alot of rain through the night as some of the local back lanes were flooded and massive puddles / deep mud out on the trails. Todays ride was a quick 23 miler blast as i had to be back to go to NECCL WINTER SERIES RD1 @ Sedgefield. Here is a link to the gallery of photos from the first two races. Ian set out a big lap of 1.6miles for the older kids & main race. The younger ones did a shorter lap which still had a climb and descent in. The temperature picked up in the afternoon and was warming up nicley for the main race at 1.30pm. Time to get bike washing and fetteling now, oh the joys -
