After a few days off from riding due to two trips to the dentist followed by a trip out to Bowburn for some Dental Surgery which has left me in a little pain, less teeth and less in my wallet! but hopefully should be sorted and back to normal in a week or so. I still have a third trip to the dentist at some point but delaying that pleasure to a latter date! Todays ride was a mixed bag of glourious sun shine to overcast & cloudy for the whole ride. Not sure what it was but i have never experienced so many flys when out a ride, they were every where not just patches of the things. It might have been due to the heavy overnight rain then sunny / high temperature and time of year that made them all come out at once. Anyway it was a steady ride and most pleasant. I think everybody else was enjoying the brief spell of sunshine as there was plenty of walkers, dog walkers, joggers, horse riders and cyclists out and about. Below is some photos from the ride.
