Another day and another ride. This time the sun was mainly out so I headed for the hills and I mean the hills. I swapped over my wheels back onto the 29 x 2.2" version for extra comfort and I knew it was going to be big gravel / rocks for long sections. The killer today was the wind, there was no shelter really apart from down in the valley at Stanhope village but I was not long down there. Either sides on the fells it was blowing a near gale. Today was the first time I have had to push a bike up a hill in a very long time and by god it was hard work! During the whole ride I never seen another sole apart from a couple of people in Stanhope walking along the riverside. Below are a few snaps from the sunny venture out, enjoy and hopefully more soon-
