This is my second Restrap Canister handlebar bag but this time it is the newer version 2 model which has been out quite a few years. This is to replace my Specialized bar bag on my Creo 2 gravel bike. The shape / size and end pockets on the Restrap bag is more functional for me in use. The rrp is still £49.99 and I paid £42.15 from Team Cycles at Gateshead. More on this in an up coming Fresh Goods Sunday.
I also bought a second new bag for my Creo 2 gravel bike to expand the carrying capacity from my 500ml storage bottle (2no 700c inner tubes & Co2 cartridge) in my second water bottle cage to free it up for the extender battery if and when required. I already have a very similar bag from Wildcat (Cheetah top tube bag rrp £55) but when I tired it on the Creo the bag was too wide and my inner thighs rubbed against it. The Retstap bag in narrower, more designed for gravel / road bike etc. I have had one issue with the bag but I will explain this in a up coming Fresh Goods Sunday blog. RRP £37.99 and I paid £32.03 from Team Cycles at Gateshead.
