Looking back through my blog and in our kitchen cupboard where we keep all our water bottles it seems that I have bought quite a few replacement water bottles over the last year or so! I think I need to have a clear out of the older ones but the quality of the bottles / materials over the years have been getting better and better as they seem to last a lot longer. Anyway onto the Hope Technology bottles they are both the same bottle manufactured by Trax but with Hope Technologies logos on. One is clear so you can see how much you have left in your bottle and the other one is non translucent black. I must not use the black as much as the outside of the bottle looks a lot newer than the clear one. The Trax bottle tops have a good sealing thread and do not leak and they are easy to open the spout with your teeth and drink from. The clear one is starting to lose its shine with going in and out of bottle cages and dust / dirt grinding away at the plastic / logo but they are cheap enough to use for a year or so on and off with other bottles then recycle. All in you cannot go wrong for the money. The only downside which is a pure cosmetic one is the Hope logos are far too big on the bottles and you cannot read the word Hope when they are in the cage but anyone with cycling back ground will recognise the green hope colour! It might have been better to have Hope 1/2 the size and print it on the bottle on both sides.
