Very early morning spin down to Durham, Maiden Castle, Houghall woods n back - Sunny :-]

Another day of forecast sun so I was up and out early to hit the tracks. It was lovely and quiet heading down into Durham. There was a couple of runners around Durham's tracks, Houghall woods I never seen a sole. Maiden Castle I only seen a couple of walkers. Going around Durham and out to Frankand / Dog kennels it was very busy with cyclists, runners, dog walkers and walkers. Quite unreal considering it was very early morning!
Anyway back home and covered nearly 16 miles in 1hr 17mins with 800ft of climbing.
