Friday - cold and muddy spin out to Bishop n back with Angus

Yesterday me and Angus both had a day off so we decided to get the bikes out and have a spin through to Bishop n back along the old railway line. The line was very wet and muddy after Thursdays continuous rain. It was not that warm, cloudy, overcast, windy = a miserable weather but it had stopped raining. It has been along time since Angus has been out on his bike and said he enjoyed it. He has lost over 1.5 stone now and still plugging away at his weight.
Once at Bishop we headed for the bank first as Angus wanted to pay some cash / cheque in. Then it was down to the sewing shop to drop a gillet off to be adjusted. Then down to Spoons for breakfast, lovely and warm inside. After that it was back on the bikes again and back along the old line. It was still cold and wet! Once back home we were both covered in mud along with the bikes. I washed and dried the bikes then prepared another three bikes for sale.
