After yesterday 3.5 mile local run and doing jobs round the house all day it was time to get back out on the bike today. I finished work over Belmont way so had a ride over to Hetton for a loop and back. There was plenty of puddles / mud on the singletrack sections and it was real cool as well. The wind is back and had a head wind all the way up Mosley bank and all the way down on the return leg. Hetton is looking as good as ever with loads of horse and dog doo doo everywhere. The grass in knee height and loads of fire / things getting burnt out. On the plus side the sun did pop out twice and it just happened to be at the highest points in the ride, opposite in the photo and top of Mosley road climb. It only lasted a couple of min's each then it was back to cloud again.
