Saturday morning local road ride on the Bowman Pilgrims

No morning sunrise today, no frost/ice either with it being around 3-4 degrees overnight. It was back to the plain old cloud/overcast skies and strong winds. The roads are in a right old mess with plenty of mud from the farmers fields, wash off from the fields, road salt and plenty of pot holes forming. The Pilgrims took it all in its stride with the Conti 4 Season 25c tyres. I did my local County Durham village loop covering 31 miles with a strong headwind nearly all the way back in. My legs were tired on the last few climbs coming back out of Durham city centre heading for home. Below are a few snaps, enjoy and more soon -
