I have used this model of seat pack for a few years now and are good value for money. Me and Angus use the small version on the road bikes, this new med is on my fat bike, Arran has my old med on his fat bike and Angus has a large on his fat bike. If you are using them offroad and no rear mudguard, clean the zip every now and again then use some zip lube to keep it moving nice and smooth. As you can see by the photo there is reflective trim, also a led light mount but tend to find the light points up in the air so just use the normal bracket on the seat post. Make sure you get the right size as there is a big difference between the three sizes unlike some of the Topeak models. They also come in different colours as well. Here is the tech info on the seat bag.
