Todays ride was an early morning short local ride down to Durham, over to Maiden Castle, Houghall Woods, Old Durham, back around Durham then home. All in 16.5 miles in 1hr 24 mins and 850ft of climbing. The sun was out around 6am and I was out on the bike after 6.15am. Durham and the surrounding areas was lovely and quiet with just a few other people out enjoying the early morning sun. The wind has died down again but the trails were still muddy off yesterdays rain. Below are a few snaps from the ride, enjoy and hopefully more soon -
