Me and Jane have had a couple of days away / overnighter in Berwick Upon Tweed. It was lashing down and foggy on the way up but the further north we were travelling the better the weather. We stopped at the new Premier Inn at the bottom end of the town, spot on £41 a night. The weather was fantastic the whole time we were there apart from a stiff breeze but no rain! The town was packed on Saturday with no social distancing what so ever in any way shape or form. The same in some shops, B&M was worst, I could not wait to get out of the place. Corono, what corono! back to normal up there.
