Since buying the Neo E bike I have trying out different wheels / tyre size options on both the front & rear. We will start with the front -
700c with 43c width Gravel king - clears |
I did not take any photos but the 700 x 43c does not fit in the rear, very tight clearances.
650b with 2.0" tyre - clears |
Tighter on the sides but plenty clearance on the top |
Now onto the rear - the frame is designed around Cannondale's AI Asymmetric Integration which basically means the rear wheel needs to have a 6mm offset dish towards the none drive side.

Hunt 650b with 2" - no offset does not clear |
650b G One clears |
and a 650b 41c Surly Knard also clears. |
Update - I have just sent Hunt an email asking if the recommend there rear 650b wheels to be re dished or if it voids there warranty. See what they say next week when they reply. I think there may be enogh clearance to run a 2" tyre at the rear, that would be ideal choice for me.
