Yet another fantastic winters ride with a frost early morning and was minus -3.7 degrees on the Garmin going up to the old Waskerley railway line towards Parkhead. The sun was shinning the whole time apart from the sections of trail that were in the shade. The ground was frozen solid and was very fast going under tyre. One thing I did notice was dogs must not like going in the verges when the grass is covered in frost as the amount of dog dooie on the track was unreal.
It was a quick out n back blast and certainly cleared the head. There was a few other cyclists, couple of walkers, some dog walkers and a couple of runners enjoying the winter sun.
The bike was running well and so was I for a change, below are a few pics from the ride, enjoy and hopefully more soon.
