Another cold and muddy early morning ride but on the Salsa Krampgrease with Surly Dirt Wiard3+ tyres and mudguards this time. First out it did not feel that cold but the temperature never got above 5 degrees and I did not have on my winter spd boots! my toes were freezing. The lines were not too bad and puddles have dried up a little the track through Croxdale woods is up the eyes with over a foot of mud on the section along the riverside and under the viaduct. Once out on the bridge side there is a sign saying closed, shame there was not one at the Croxdale end of the track, not too worry all part of the fun!
