We called in past a few bikes shops when we were over there inc some new ones. Keswick bikes is back open and operating as normal after being flooded out. Bike Treks in Ambleside is now mainly all mtb. Ghyllside Cycles in full of fat and semi fat gear - just what I like!(check out his van photo below). Push Cartel has expanded their floor space by approx 50% and now do a bike fitting service. As ever the bling in there is top notch dollar and in unreal. Bike Treks have also opened up a new road shop at Ings, all very new and swanking with clothing upstairs and bikes / workshop downstairs. They have some new brands in - Open, Storck & Mason / Hunt inc the regular Scott, Specialized etc. Wheelbase have also had a slight refurb knocking out the changing room and wc on the ground floor and there is a bike fitting room up stairs in the road section. As ever they have a massive selection of everything biking!
