This morning we went up to the craft & food fair at Ushaw College - bought some shrubs for the garden, more of our favourite sausages, birthday gifts etc then it was time to try out there café. It was first time I have been into the College and its massive with loads of empty buildings but the café food & drink was fantastic. I asked when it was open to the public and she said Saturday afternoon 1pm-5pm - defo recommend it. They also do guided tours of the old college.
Then it was back home to plant the shrubs, defrost the freezer etc by the time I got all that lot done I had an hour and a half spare so went out for a lovely 4.5mile walk with Jane in the sun and some cloud. Jane was trying out her new Berghaus walking trousers, top & socks. The trails are drying back up again in the heat. Back to rain and wind again this week with the temperatures dropping again.
Below are a couple of pics, enjoy and more biking stuff soon -
