Thats it ive had enough of no cycling, nearly three weeks off the bike and its doing me no good. Time for a very steady short spin on the Krampgrease. The weather has been naff of late and the trials are up the eyes now in the brown / wet stuff - mud. I was not bothered as long as i got out and put a few miles under the rubber. Below are a few pics from the ride. As you can see it was overcast, cold, muddy, windy but no rain. Heart rate was all over the place on the climbs, two much lounging around and stuffing my face!
