Another day of no weather as I call it. I needed to get back out to get a few more miles in to reach my minimum target of 50 miles of exercise a week. Yet again no sun or any real daylight, it was just cloud, overcast cold but dry ride. I hoped onto the old railway line at Langley Park and turned left to Broompark picnic area then straight on through Ushaw Moor, Esh Winning and up to Waterhouses n back. There was loads more other users out today on the old lines which made it slow going in places. On top of that there was nothing in my legs and my back is still sore. I am just not enjoying my cycling at the mo but I do enjoy the fresh air and just to get out and clear my head is the goal. All in it was just over 22 miles in 1hr 38mins with 660ft of climbing. Below are a few snaps enjoy and hopefully more soon-
