Its only a very small tool / adaptor but it comes in very handy now and then. I have one in my garage which I use to convert my compressor air hose onto presta valves. I did always keep a spare one in my van which I have used in emergencies once or twice over the many years of cycling but that seems to have gone a drift somewhere so it was time to purchase a spare one for any just in case times if I need to convert a presta valve into a normal car type.
