Yesterday saw Rd 6 up at Lintz Hall Farm hosted by Pedalling Squares CC. It was a brand new venue which had very challenging / testing terrain with a flight of steps similar to Preston Hall woods many moons ago and a muddy downhill which if a foot deeper in mud and steeper would have been similar to the mud slide that was at Castleside Farm out at the back of the course near Hownsgill viaduct. That was axle deep though, some puddles yesterday were only wellie height. The weather held good for the races but there was 12 hours near continuous rain through out the night before. There was a Muc Off jet wash at the end and some goodie bags. Below are just a couple of snaps. There is 7no galleries on the NECCL Facebook page.
NEXT UP RD7 @ Hardwick Park, Sedgefield Sat 24th Nov.
