More sunshine, no cloud but by god was there a strong wind blowing. I decided to have a spin down to the coast on the C2C - old railway line. As ever it is not the most science of routes by a long chalk but it get some miles in with no hassle of cars etc. The glass down in Sunderland was not as bad as normal and less dog doo. Rocker sea front and Sunderland Marina has had a clean up, no litter and the railings have been painted. I had a massive tailwind nearly all the way down to coast. Once on the sea front it was time for some photos and a drink. The return leg was hard going in the massive headwind, but checking the Garmin now it was only 2 minutes slower coming back! All in just over 26 miles in less than 2 hours. Below are some sunny photos for you to enjoy, hopefully more soon -
