Spin along the Deerness Valley railway then back along the road

My legs were a little tired after last nights 1 1/2 hours hike and Tuesdays nights walk that had to be cut short due to lashing rain.
So I did not have a lot of spare time, the wind was blowing like a good'un again so time to hit the dirt and had a spin along the old railway line from Broomprk to Waterhouses. I turned when the track ended then came back along the valley road with a lovely tail wind. The sun was in and out a thousand times and it was nippy when it clouded over. The top temperature never reached 14 degrees! I took the Mason again as it was still out from my last ride. Below are a few pics, enjoy and hopefully more soon -
