Todays spin was a quick blast up the old railway line / C2C to Parkhead café n back. There was a great mix of weather from sun, cloud, wind, hot, cool and no rain. The lines are still bone dry / dusty and fast going under tyre. There was loads of other cyclists out and about. There was also a few walkers / runners as well. The only problem today was the green fly, there was thick swarms of them and they were sticking to my legs, arms, top and shorts, everywhere. I hate cycling with my mouth shut and breathing through my nose but that was the only way. Below are a few snaps from the ride, enjoy and hopefully more soon -
