Fresh Goods Sunday - Stans No Tubes Tyre Sealant - Pint

When I bought the Hunt 700c gravel wheels for the Mason and the new tubeless compatible Panaracer Gravel King tyres I decided I was going to give tubless another go. I bought Stans this time and watched the video below, read a few "how to's" and off I set. The wheels were already fitted with tubeless rim tape, punched a small hole for the Hunt tubeless valve to go through, nipped up the washer, mild soapy water brushed onto the tyre beads and fitted the tyres. I then aired them up to snap the beads on. I then removed the valve core and injected the Stans fluid. Once all in replaced the vale core and nipped it up. Re aired the tyre and started the process of spinning / bouncing / shacking the wheel etc. I checked both wheels the next day and they had both lost a small amount of air. Now the air loss is very minimal over time and had no problems. I can highly recommend the Stans fluid. I did not add any glitter as some people say to pro long the life of the fluid. Time will tell how long it will last before they need topping up. You can get the bottle in various sizes, depends on how many tyres you fit / need topping up. Next weeks Fresh Goods Sunday will cover the injector.
RRP £16 and I paid £13.79

Could not get the Spec tyre to inflate tubeless. May have another go when I fit the Bonti summer tyre next Spring.
