This Sunday is Bikewise at Aykley Heads, Police HQ. Its starts at 10am is always a canny day out for all ages. Looking at the forecast its looking like its going to be a wet one but hopefully there will be a few sunny gaps between the rain. Look forward to the new show - White helmets at midday. Oh and don't forget Dave Coates stunt show.
Wednesday me and Jane did a 5k run and then a 1hr 1/2 walk yesterday in the rain! Talking of rain its not looking good for Saturday either, monsoon by the looks of it!
