Time for my old Sidi MTB shoes to have a revamp. When walking in the shoes the cleats were higher than the outer inserts, ok on grass etc but when walking on tarmac/concrete etc - not good. I have used Sidi cycling shoes for road & mtb for many, many years and are worth there value. I bought this pair back in 2003 from a Distributor - Alan Llyod who was closing down and selling off his Sidi stock for £57.50! The insert packs i purchased from Evans Cycles cost me £38.97, nearly the cost of the shoes back in 2003! Anyway the screws came out with ease as i copper slipped them from new and the swap over was straight forward. The shoes are back to new and hopefully last another 11 years.
