Cold Winter Sunny ride on the Mason Bokeh

I decided to give the bike another go today and I felt worse than Monday. Lungs were just not working and nor was my legs. The only sections that felt ok was totally flat tarmac with a tail wind or downhill on tarmac. Not too worry as the lines / tracks were frozen solid with a Baltic wind blowing which was freezing and the temperature never exceeded 0 degrees. No bike to wash this time as there was no mud, just road salt instead. It was a local short loop taking in the old railway lines then a few country lanes around Sunderland Bridge, Hett, Tudhoe, Croxdale, Spennymoor villages. Below are a few sunny snaps, enjoy and hopefully more to come soon -
