Neccl Rd6 Harwick Park, Sedgefield

Yesterday was Rd 6 of the NECCL Super Saturday CX series. This time it was at Hardwick Park, Sedgefield. There was a hard overnight frost but that soon melted and softened up the top inch of ground. This is always one of the most popular venue for riders in the NE and did not disappoint. The ground conditions held up well and riders bikes were not too muddy / clogging. There was cold wind blowing over the venue which made it tough going in places but riders had their heads down and were battling for positions.
It was great to see such a team effort from helpers, organisers and officials from Neccl to get this round sorted.
